Thanks to everyone who added images to their galleries this past week. What a pleasure to see such a variety of subjects, from 'oh so cute' to clever and colourful. Hope you enjoy my selections.
JimD - Adding the finishing touches - Just a few more brushstrokes and all will be revealed, but sometimes it's good to be reminded of how effective this technique can be.
Chesney - Busted - This definitely comes under the 'cute' button, don't you know he's got a family to feed!
Christell - Twirled orb - I was fascinated by all the twirls you posted, but this one really seemed to draw me in and get my imagination working overtime.
HMCA - Red pumphouse - There's nothing like a splash of red to grab my attention, and this delightful rural scene, complete with running water and forestry backdrop did just that.

Sydney - View from Cockatoo Island - Such a delightful display of blooms in the foreground, and then to have the 'ole coathanger' in the distance, what a bonus on such a clear sunny day.

Fine selection young lady, all the selections were wonderful but I think the IoW qualifies as a SELF Portrait! Congratulations everybody!

Great choices and I'm stuck on the twirls and you'll be seeing more. There are several twirl groups I've joined and they have so much talent.

Jackie: Thanks for including my image in your lineup. I must credit Jack Casement for the use of his hand/arm image and his "hand painting" tutorial. It used to be a free tutorial, but apparently is not any longer.  Texture I used is by Smoko Stock at Deviantarts. |
