Hello, I did a "remove from gallery" of some photos in LR from one of my smugmug galleries. Instead of going away LR has now placed them under the heading, "deleted photos to remove". Anytime I see the word delete, deleted, deleting etc. I get very nervous. How do I go about removing these 215 photos from the gallery without deleting them out of LR completely?

I don't know about Smugmug, but I use Lightroom with Flickr and I assume it is similar. The "deleted items to remove" should just delete the items off Smugmug and not from your catalog.

I didn't even know you could connect Lightroom to your smugmug. I've been uploading them manually into my different albums all this time.

Personally, where my photographs are concerned, I don't trust anything that is supposed to be automatic. I have always uploaded manually and and I will continue to do so. That way when I delete from Smugmug, there is no interconnection to be concerned with.
