A question for the administrators, is it possible to change the order of how images are displayed in one's individual users gallery, so that the newest images appear first? Thanks, Jacki. |

That would be very nice, I agree. Unfortunately I think the answer is no. I will confirm that with the author of the gallery plugin, but I am pretty sure it would be not possible; sorry!

Thanks for looking into it Tom, it just bugs me when I want to comment and find myself scrolling to find the image I want to comment on. Wish there was some way to get to the last image posted like there is to get to the latest post in a thread.

I (almost) always get to the last "unread" picture. I click the "new" button.

Would you please elaborate on this? I am confused. When I click on the "New" button, it takes me to the individual user gallery which was updated most recently. However, it doesn't work (at least for me) when I am already viewing someone's gallery. The images are displayed with the oldest entry first and the most recent entry last.

Yes, it's displayed with the newest entries last, and it's a good idea to have it with newest first. What I mean, if I haven't viewed the last picture in the gallery, and tick the new button, I get to the last picture. I'll attach screenshots so you can see what I mean.   Hope this makes sense. This won't work if you already have seen the picture.

Marianne, Thanks for the screenshot! While I have always used the "New Posts" at the top, I never realized the "New" button next to to the post had a function. Thanks for this tip  |

Thanks! The screen shots helped a lot. Now it makes sense. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, this doesn't work all the time. It works only when the member has added an image to his/her gallery and it is "new" to you.

It's just occurred to me that I can use the Down arrow on the RHS to get to the latest image in a person's gallery, after checking the page number first. In the future everyone will add more and more pages as they post their images, I don't think anyone is up to their third page yet, but it won't be for much longer.
