Andy,
Just out of interest, have you set up member 'rankings' and what will they be & at how many posts will they change?
At EV it went like this:
New Forum User: 0 - 49 posts
Casual Forum User: 50 - 299 posts
Known Forum User: 300 - 799 posts
Frequent Contributor: 800 - 1,399 posts
Senior Contributor: 1,400+ posts
And of course there was Wendy, our revered Enlightened Elder who was in a category of her own!
Personally I liked these status names, I hate forums where they have silly ones.

I agree with you Bayla. I like EV Member Rankings EV's way also.
Wish we could have a Wendy section here with all Wendy's Tutorials. She was the absolute best!

Is there any way the members of EV can keep their rankings, or even have their ranking somewhere that can be seen?
Personally, I'm very low ranking so it's not because I want to have my ranking identified. However, I find it helpful to see other member's ranking on EV.

I'm not sure we made a public declaration about it. It was a subject of much discussion amongst the admins, and we decided that since this was a new forum, we would start everyone off fresh.
