Hello All from England- been using PSE 11 for a number of years combined with iPhotos as I didn't get on with the PSE 11 Organiser.
Switched from Windoze to Mac OS a few years back and doubt I would ever return !
Enjoy snapping wildlife such as garden birds, landscapes, night sky, aircraft generally. I have a Panasonic Bridge (FZ150) that enable me to get that bit closer to the subject and generally very happy with the results despite a high degree of ineptitude at times!
Have toyed with Lightroom and PS but as yet have found myself more than happy PSE. Apple's introduction of PHOTOS to replace iPhoto has been irksome as they didn't build it with the option to use an external editor but seems that now with the introduction of El Capitan OS external editing may be enabled/allowed/become an option.
Also time I think to download the trial version of PSE 14 and see how that Organiser performs - I understand from Sepiana it has been greatly improved from PSE 11 days.
Enough rambling from me - time here so far has been extremely helpful and informative-very generous folk with their time and expertise. Thank you !
