So, even though I was happy getting v13 at the price I did, it is even better to get v14 free as a result! Brilliant! Very happy, Julie  I know exactly how you feel! Glad you were able to dl it. Thanks Bayla How are you getting on with v14? I haven't installed v14 yet because I have some issues with my PC. However, I think I've maybe sorted them now, having uninstalled v11! I didn't think v11 would cause problems so the issues could have been nothing to do with the installation of v11. So, hopefully, I'll install v14 later this evening, which will be great. I have saved v14 onto a DVD, just in case. I hope you've managed to do the same although it's apparently available to download should you need to. Cheers to all v14 users  |

I don't see how Elements 11 could cause any problems with the installation of Elements 14. I installed this version on the same computer on which I have Elements, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13. No problems! Each version of Elements is an independent one.
Just a little request . . .
Anyone reading this thread and having problems with the installation of Elements 14 complimentary upgrade or the trial or purchased version (or any other problems for that matter), please, start a new thread. In this way, your post won't get buried in this thread and will get the attention it deserves. Also, it will help keep this thread focused on . . . "What route does one take to get the free upgrade from Elements 13 to 14?"
