I just received my new digital issue of Photo Elements Technique and in that they announced two upcoming new magazines: Your Photo Magazine: ON1 Photos and Your Photo Magazine: Lightroom. I'm not sure if the ON1 Photo magazine is the same one that is being offered with the upgrade to ON1 Perfect Suite 10.
They also announced an upcoming revamping of the website.

I just went to the website and downloaded the latest issue I see, which is Sept 2015... I am surprised I do not see Oct. 2015, and I do not see anything about ON1 or the revamping of the website. All I see it this below...... As summer comes to an end and fall gets ready to show her glory, I hope you’ll get outside and take advantage of the wonderful photo opportunities that it brings. One of the great things about photography is that it gives you the opportunity to really see things from a different perspective. Whether you’re focusing in on the small and ordinary to see the extraordinary with macro photography, or exploring a local park searching for the perfect composition. Whatever your passion, I hope you’ll share some of your photos with us in the PET gallery! What am I missing?

Charles, can you use this link? October issueI see that you are not the only one having trouble downloading the issue. This is what Mike Rodriguez writes: Mike says also: I'm not sure if it's solved yet, I don't have the time to follow up right now.

It was also announced via e-mail. I received such an e-mail.

I don't think the problem with the October 2015 issue is with the download itself. By reading the posts on the PET blog I got the impression the culprit could be elsewhere -- operator's error, browser settings, etc. The statement by Mike Rodriguez (which was posted earlier in this thread) seems to indicate this.
BTW, I had no problems with this download (or with any other previous downloads for that matter). I downloaded this current issue to my deskop, laptop, and tablet. It was smooth sailing!

It turns out I do not understand why PET would have the new issues under the 'Community' tab and not the 'Magazine' tab as I only looked under the 'Magazine' tab. Why not put them under both tabs? I also know that no one her can make the changes I am just thinking out loud so to speak.....

I used to get emails from them.... but of course had no idea there may be some I am not getting. I just looked in my 'profile' and I do have checked to receive emails from them and the sponsors also.

I also know that no one her can make the changes I am just thinking out loud so to speak..... This is nothing new. This has been standard practice when a new issue of the PET magazine is released. An announcement is first made under the Community tab, on the Blog (which can be accessed by subscribers and non-subscribers alike). Then, shortly afterwards the magazine will be available under the Magazine tab. Just give them some time!
