Now started to use Elements 14 64Bit under Win 7 Home Premium.
How do I undock the Layers and Effects pallets so that I can put them on my second monitor?
I have just dragged History, Histogram, Info etc but I can't do that with Layers.

athegn,
I am going out on a limb here.
Are you in the Basic Workspace instead of the Custom Workspace? I don't believe you can unlock and drag the Layers panel and the Effects panel if you are in the Basic Workspace. On the other hand, you can unlock and drag both the History and Histogram panels (via the Windows menu) while in the Basic Workspace.

Once I got to Custom Workspace it was easy to undock all required pallets to the position on second monitor.
