Hi Everyone- Another week has passed and we've had a number of great images posted to our Gallery. Here are my picks for Image of the Week: jjr1770, The Hawk A beautifully sharp image of an impressive bird! blackmutt, Wedding A like the story this tells. I've never seen that type of display pointing the way to a wedding before. preeb, Reflections - Lake Irene - Rocky Mountain National Park What a great location and a wonderful result! The majestic pines are reflected beautifully in the water, and there is some interest in the sky as well. tpgettys, Wavy Twirls I must have missed a challenge having to do with making twirls! There are a few of them in the gallery this week. I liked this one in particular. and the IOW of the week is... storkington, Last Autumn colours We aren't that far into Autumn here yet, but this shot reminds me it is just around the corner. The lighting, color and depth of field really caught my eye.

Wonderful selections Andy I can't associate with the winner though as Spring is just about finished here and the Hot Weather is at the doorstep! Although B&W the reflection shot was wonderful except for that bloody fish in the middle of the Lake can't you control your wildlife? Lol the remainder are also great images and I love em all. Congratulations everybody! Ron

Thanks to all who viewed and commented. A great selection for the week.
Ron, that's not a fish rising, it's a log that just breaks the surface. Not much I could do about it.

I must have missed a challenge having to do with making twirls! There are a few of them in the gallery this week. I liked this one in particular. LOL! Yep, the recent Creative Effects challenge was about Twirls, which I just learned about. Thank you very much for judging this week, and for selecting my image this week; it is always gratifying to get an acknowledgement!

Preeb, Fish Log makes no never-mind, I was just jealous of such wonderful shot. I thought by saying you should control your wildlife (or logs for that matter)would indicate an attempt at humour. Well Done! Ron
