I found this:- NOTE: No Color Management: This mode is unfortunately history, having disappeared with CS5. One reason is that it cannot work correctly under Mac OS X with RGB images, owing to bugs (now 'features' as they have been around so long and won't be fixed) in Apple's ColorSync software, and possibly also in recent versions of Windows. www.colourphil.co.uk/photoshop-cs6-print.shtmlIf this is so, and I am now having trouble getting an acceptable print from Elements 11, 13 and 14 trial in "No Color Management" Mode, what other Mode do people use to print to Epson printers; mine is an R2000.

I use Mac OSX but i'm afraid I probably won't be much assistance to you as I have a Canon IX6550 A3 printer and I always use Lightroom for printing. As you and the article have stated, the Colour Matching options are greyed out and not available, so all I do in LR is under Colour Management is choose my paper profile ( I use Ilford Galerie ) and I get near perfect prints against what is viewed on screen most of the time. You should be able to use those options in PSE also. If you need more detail as to the other print settings I use let me know. Hope that helps somewhat.

Thank you for your reply. I understand what you are doing. At present I use the supplied profiles for my Epson printer, paper and ink. I have had profiles made in the past and my well try that again; I have a box of Ilford Galerie Gold Fibre Silk that would probably benefit from a made profile.

If you go onto Ilford website you may find ready made profiles for your printer/paper. That's where I downloaded mine from. It saves the hassle of having custom profiles made.

I downloaded n_IGGFS13_EPR2000_EPSn.icc.zip. Unzipped then put n_IGGFS13_EPR2000_EPSn.icc in C:\Windows\System32\Spool\drivers\color along with many Epson profiles.
However even after rebooting the Ilford Gold Fibre paper does not show up in the list of paper profiles in the R2000 printer settings
I am using a 64bit Hp Win 7 Home Premium machine. Do paper profiles go in a different place on 64bit machines; looked in SysWOW64 and could not see any paper profiles.
Does anyone have any ideas?

It is necessary to install the profile. You do this by right-clicking on the profile file and selecting 'install'.

Not sure I am doing this correctly.
Downloaded the zip file from Ilford. Extracted All. Right-clicked on the icc file. Clicked Install Profile. n_IGGFS13_EPR2000_EPSn.icc now in:-
C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color
Opened Elements but Epson printer settings still does not show the Ilford paper.
I tried this on both Win 7 and Win 10 machines and Elements 11, 13 and 14.
Any more advice please?

I can't really help you; I don't have an Epson printer. Hopefully, someone who has experience with this issue will come to the rescue! However, if you are in dire need of expert and timely help, I would suggest you post in either one of these forums.
