I notice that if you purchased PSE13 around the time that a new version of the software was announced then you may be eligible for a free upgrade. My question is how close to the time does it have to be? I purchased PSE13 on September 1st and put it on my PC & registered it about a week later. Is that close enough to the PSE14 announcement to qualify do you think>

If Adobe has not changed its policy, I believe it is about 30 days. According to the document below, Adobe recommends you should contact them to find out if your purchase falls in the eligibility period.
Do I qualify for a free upgrade?

Thanks Sepiana. Must be having a very senior moment or else I should be in bed....I followed your link and then clicked on Apply for Upgrade and then had to click on a 'Contact us' link which lead me to this: But I'm not sure which of the blue headings I should choose - none of them lead to anything to do with a complimentary upgrade as far as I can tell! As I mentioned on the other thread, I now have my free upgrade to PSE14 installed. Looking forward to getting to grips with it.
