The Kumkuma Powder certainly provoked quite a variety of colorful creative images; good job everyone! I don't recall what this building is now, but it was in Portland, Oregon, and I think it has Jewish significance. Use all of it or just a piece you find interesting. What wonders will you reveal?

Marianne,
Would you be kind enough to provide the link to where you got this information? I believe it would be interesting to learn more about this building. Thanks!

Beautiful photo. I replaced the sky and then tried following a tutorial for Depth of Field - my version...

Tom, thanks for this starter image! Lots of potential!
- Applied the Flood Filter (Flaming Pear). - Applied the Ink Outlines filter (Filter>Brush Strokes). - Applied the Poster Edges filter (Filter>Artistic). - Applied a texture from deluzions.net. - Ran the file through Topaz Adjust (High Key effect). - Added a grayscale edge mask by Diana Day.

Wow, a very good start already; Thanks all!
BillyJean, I am really struck by the miniature look your treatment gives the image, although I don't understand why it looks like that to me. Sepiana, I am guessing it is the flood filter that gave the water pools? That was a great idea, and is a great contrast to the crispness of the building. That is a nice classic treatment you gave it Pete; good job!

I adjusted the horizon setting so that the water barely touched the concrete edge in front of the building, and, then, used a layer mask to bring back the walkway.
