Anyone else having problems getting from On1's Photo 10 to PSE 14? Message into On1 - they sent back to reinstall and still not able to get to PSE 14. When I click on a photo to send to 14 - it shows the metadata being worked on, 14 opens - but the photo doesn't show up. Waiting for their reply after trying their fix. Using Mac - OS 10 Yosemite. Thought I would try here to see if it was just me. I can get from 14 to Photo 10 - the link that works is under the Filters heading.

I am on Windows but I have had no problems with this program and Elements 14. I have it installed on two computers. |

Guess it's a Mac thing then. This was On1's reply - "This is interesting. We will pass on your feedback to our development team for review. Unfortunately we do not have an immediate solution to this problem. We are aware of many performance and stability issues in the current version". I've done the latest update - now the program doesn't even open up Elements. My current workaround is just to do things via Lightroom - as I can open Elements from there.
I don't like the loss of access to resize when using Elements and On1 10. Happy that I still have On1 9.5 and the links in elements for resizing that way.
