This post from Bored Panda has a collection of morphed animals created in Photoshop. Some of them made me smile, but there are some that quite frankly look rather scary!

Hi Julie,
Glad you enjoyed those.
I must have missed the link to the Less is More article; so thank you for posting that as well. I love some of the creations, especially the humming birds.
As for vectors, I believe you would need Illustrator, but if there is a way in PSE I am sure Sepiana will point it out soon enough!

Elements couldn't do it with vectors as it does not really support vectors. When you import a vector in you have to rasterise it before you can move on. I think you could achieve something similar with brushes and using a tablet. I'm no artist so way beyond my scope. Others may know more than me.

As I thought - not in Elements. Well, I thought I'd ask. You never know, eh? Yes, Shaun, like you, I'm no artist and was just hoping there might be a way of creating something on those sort of lines. Oh well, a short dream Thanks Simone, I have just spent some time looking through some of the links at the bottom of the page, which then led on to others ... fascinating stuff there. Very talented people Again, thanks for sharing your link. Pleased you enjoyed looking at the 'Less is More' link - they were awesome!

Great find Simone, some people have such weird imaginations. Now I'm inspired to look through my photos and see what combinations I can come up with, maybe we should start up a new challenge....

Sounds like fun, Jackie....go for it! I don't have too many animal pix but I'll see what I can round up!

Simone, a very clever and entertaining find, thanks for sharing. Helen, love your dainty lady Pegasus. Tom, perfect integration, looks entirely natural. I just couldn't think of anything less ridiculous this morning, so here goes: Praying Rubber Ducky?

Not quite the same thing, but I did a calendar for my daughter. It was the first time I had tried this effect.
