Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in this challenge? Just post a photo or photos which will be your interpretation of the theme.
The rules are rather simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping. You are to experiment and, most of all, have fun.

Phil, what a way to start this challenge! Great thinking out of the box! Your capture did justice to our colors.

Good thinking Phil! I'll leave the controversial red cup aside and just go with a suddenly very red Starbucks. Thanks for the theme Sepiana ... I'm not going to be last this week! Bill

Bill, great thinking! You captured the essence of (Starbucks) Red with a colorful, detailed, and sharp image.

Red is a popular colour for barns around here and it was such a nice day with the sun low in the sky that this one really stood out. Tony

Tony – Great capture! The blue sky was the perfect background for the red paint on the barn. I just love old barns. Helen - Beautiful and bold red colors! And you captured the quintessential plant of the season. Great job!
Dennis – I love your capture of the red roofs of Lisboa. Beautiful! Your image struck a chord with me. Now I feel like having some vinho português and listening to a fado by Amália Rodrigues.

Thanks Sepiana - and that's the second time today that I saw the word fado (which I had never heard of before) - it was in a UK cryptic crossword I was doing and took me ages to get it! Tony
