I will soon be creating the schedule for our Image of the Week judges. Judges are members, just like you, who have made a commitment to help in a capacity that has no special requirements other than an appreciation of the work they see displayed in the member galleries. If you've ever left a comment or clicked the "Like" button, you have what it takes to be a judge 
! If you have ever had one of your images selected you know how nice it is to receive that recognition. Please consider taking a turn as judge.
Judges have access to a special board that isn't visible to members who are not judges. A search function is set up to automatically show all the gallery images from the last 8 days. Based on those entries, the judge selects their top picks for the week and designates one image as the IOW. Directions are given for posting selections after you have made your choice and a schedule is posted so that you know in advance when it is your week to judge. At present your turn to judge will come up about once every three months. However, the more volunteers we have the longer the period between turns.
