Is anyone here a regular user of Shutterfly ?
On my very first experience with Shutterfly, I had 50 4x6 images printed.
I had my 50 images ready to go in a folder; I got everything ready on Shutterfly's end and sent the images; in about thirty seconds my 50 images were stored in an album and my prints were under production.
Then, things took a frustrating turn for the worse.
A couple days later, I needed to load about 50 more images; Shutterfly would fool around for fifteen or more minutes and then say that something prevented loading the images.
I tried numerous times and finally resorted to transferring the images one by one, during which it would still stop progress about every third image; it took me into the wee hours to finally get the images transferred.
Now today, the wife is trying to transfer some images to Shutterfly and, everytime that it appears it is going to work, she gets a message saying it can't load the files.
Is this behavior typical for Shutterfly ?
Do you guys think the problem is on my end or Shutterflie's ?
Can I fix this so things will go faster ?
Thanks for reading.

I use Shutterfly frequently and have never run into this problem. You can use this link to contact them. when it is available I have found "Live Chat" to be very helpful. Hope this helps.

Thanks, hmca; it looks like I am going to have to try the "live chat" during available hours.
As a test, I just selected five random images, placed them in a folder by themselves, signed in to Shutterfly, and attempted to upload them; now, it will not even recognize that I have clicked the "upload photos" button; I have clicked that button a dozen or more times and no response whatsoever; at least the wife was getting the upload window when she was messing with it earlier.
We have tried this with both IE and FireFox with the same results.
The "help" instructions say that a firewall or other such security device may be blocking our efforts, but I have no idea how to turn such ON and OFF; besides, if that were the case, why did it work so well the first time.
A few days ago, when I signed up to Shutterfly for the very first time, it being my first experience and not having any idea of proper procedure, I uploaded 50 images much quicker than it takes me to type about it; and now, I can't even upload one.
