I upgraded my smart phone to a Galaxy 6 and am constantly amazed at the quality of the photos it takes. However, I find that if I import these files into my Raw editor, that I can tweak some settings and make a difference, but not as much as I am used to with regular RAW files.
Is there an editor software or app designed for Smart Phone images that would do a better job?

Most people use phone apps to edit their photos taken with their smart phone; there is a ton out there and some of the free ones are supposedly very good.
I haven't tried editing any of my photos taken with my S6 on my computer, so cannot give much guidance on this.

Pat, I just got an iPhone and asked the same question! Haven't' tried any yet, but here are the recommendations I've gotten: Snapseed PS Express LR Mobile Distressed FX Enlight Waterlogue Stackables Camera + Painteresque Vivid HDR My friend belongs to this PSA Group....it is strictly for Phone images. You can look through their past months by clicking the dropdown menu.
