I have recently started to have a problem with both PE 13 and 14 unable to print. When I tried to print a photograph I get one of two error messages: "The saved printer information is not compatible with this version of Photoshop Elements, . . ." or "The saved print information is an incompatible version." On the print screen when I try to print I get the error message "because the default printer could not be opened."
I am running Win 10 Pro and I have two printers: an Epson R3000 and an HP 7960. This problem has just developed in the last four or five days. I haven't found any other programs that have this problem.
Is anyone else encountered this problem? Are there any suggestions of how to solve this problem?
