Found this article this morning listing 10 unlikely items to consider packing into your camera bag.
Some of them, like the hand warmers, I can testify to, as I have used those during winter many a time. Others, like the emergency blanket would never have occurred to me.
I would add to that list by saying that a small roll of duct tape or electrical tape should also finds its way into your bag if you go out on a shoot. Let's face it, we cannot survive without duct tape!!
