Found this article this morning listing 10 unlikely items to consider packing into your camera bag. Some of them, like the hand warmers, I can testify to, as I have used those during winter many a time. Others, like the emergency blanket would never have occurred to me. I would add to that list by saying that a small roll of duct tape or electrical tape should also finds its way into your bag if you go out on a shoot. Let's face it, we cannot survive without duct tape!! What unlikely items do you carry around when you are out and about shooting?

Helpful share, Simone!
I need to add hand warmers....but do have gloves that I can take my fingers out of when shooting.
I like to have a small flashlight available.....helpful for changing camera settings when doing long exposures at the beach.

Those were some great additional items to carry in ones bag. In Australia, having a bottle or tube of sun screen is almost imperative if one will be out shooting outside for most of the day.
