Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just post a photo or photos which will be your interpretation of the theme.
The rules are rather simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping.
You are to experiment and, most of all, have fun.

Apologies for the quality of this photo. It was taken with my husbands second hand iPad and neither of us are photographers which hasn't helped. This is our rescue dog and next doors cat showing a distinct 'lack of energy'...

BillieJean,
First of all, no apologies. Second, this challenge is not for photographers only. It is for anyone . . . who wants to hone his/her photography skills and have fun doing it.
I really like your thinking out of the box and interpreting "energy" as" "lack of energy". Very original! The way you captured those two non-energetic furry companions is priceless, with the sculpture of the dog "watching" the other two. It makes me smile.

After seeing BillieJean's photo I want a nap. That's wonderful for the theme! Here's my try from a local smoothie and juice-bar. Thanks for the theme Sepiana. Now ... time for that nap. Edit: Some day maybe I'll figure out why some of my posts show up large and some show up as thumbnails. I'll think more about it after my nap.

Billie Jean, what a lovely picture of the slumbering dog and cat! They are obviously good pals and looked so peaceful, it made us smile. You have brightened a cold morning. A great take on the opposite of energy. Dennis and Brenda

As a suggestion in pse 13 open image in Raw Alt+Ctrl+O your be amazed what you can do with your image with the range of sliders. Edit start with the bottom 3 first to give better focus appearance.

Bill, great interpretation of this theme. Your image exudes energy (my kind of energy). Another job well done! Edit: Some day maybe I'll figure out why some of my posts show up large and some show up as thumbnails. I'll think more about it after my nap. After taking a very long nap, I think I may be able to address this issue. This has been my experience. If I select "Do not resize my image" and upload an image which is within the maximum size listed by postimage (1600 x 1200 px, 21-inch monitor), I will get no clickable thumbnail. Ex.: An image of 1200 x 742 px will be displayed "as is". On the other hand, if I select "Do not resize my image" and upload an image which goes over the maximum size listed by postimage, I will get a clickable thumbnail. Ex.: An image of 2336 x 2778 px. When I upload it, it gets uploaded as a clickable thumbnail (1279 x 1522 px).

These power lines carry 275,000 volts - that's energy!

Great interpretations of the theme. Of course, my favorite is the fur babies, but that's just me.
