For those with a particular interest in Black and White photography a must-see site is:

This site was previously hosted elsewhere and suffered from limited features. The new site is more user friendly and its features are on a par with others.
There are various levels of membership. You could visit there to see what you think of it before formally joining. On it you can get constructive feedback on your black and white images. It is a LEARNING forum and you can get expect informed critique of your work.

You can still visit it but all the threads are closed to new posts.
