Hi there, I'm a train driver from England, and have dabbled in photography for a while now, since film days even. Never got good, I don't have the eye, and I don't stick at it enough, but when I do take photos, I want to make the best of them in Lightroom (as I shoot in RAW) but display them in Elements 14 as then my wife and I can look at them in a organizer that until now, seemed easier to use. I'm also intrigued by having a go at some manipulation of photos that's possible in Elements, and to make use of tagging options that seem better than Lightroom. No doubt you will see some posts from me soon, as I have a couple of problems in trying to set up Elements 14 as I would like, but thought it polite to at least announce myself first :-) Cheers all, Nev

Hello Nev,
Welcome to the PSE&M forum; glad you found us!
As you will see when you take a look around, we are a very friendly bunch and are always just one post away from lending a helping hand.
Looking forward to seeing you around.

Welcome to pe&m, I think once you've settled-in your going to enjoy the challenges on offer & you won't get bored as they change weekly, being a newb myself I'm having fun getting involved so hope to see some of your work soon. I also take pictures in raw but then view them in my browser with a codec converter then just drag em into pse.

Thank you for the welcome!
Got a few other projects on the go, so will be a slow start for me, over-coming one problem and learning point at a time.
Will be back!
Cheers,
Nev
