Hi everyone,
A 64-bit version of the Wire Worm plug-in has been released -- Version 6.4. This means you can now use this plug-in in Elements 13 and above (Windows).

Hi
Thanks so much looking forward to using it , however I have downloaded it and cannot find anyway of getting it onto Eelements 14
I have the file open - Wireworm 8BF file , when I click it Elements opens but I can't find where Wireworm is .
Can you help me please

Hi chrisjaz, welcome to PSE&M!
1. Navigate this path to the Plug-Ins folder.
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 14\Plug-Ins
2. Copy/paste these two files in the Plug-Ins folder.
wireworm.chm wireworm64bit.8bf
3. Open Elements. This plug-in will be available in the Filter menu.
Filter>MV's Plugins>Wire Worm

I have done what you have said and still I can find it , I have been right down the filter menu and it isn't there ! any ideas ?

Great news, Sepiana. I've used Wireworm in the past and have been missing its availibility in Elements 14. Thanks for posting about this significant update. Pete, you are most welcome! Glad to share.
I was really happy to see the 64-bit version of Wire Worm. I was getting tired of toggling Elements 12 and 14 just to use this plug-in.

This link must now be broken; I have tried it on two different browsers and get Error 404 Page not Found I was needing it for Affinity Photo and my old 32-bit version is a no go. |

BuckSkin, thanks for bringing this to our attention! This is an old thread (2016) and I didn't realize the link needed to be updated. I will fix it. When you are looking for plug-ins, you may want to check the Plug-ins thread in the Goodies board. We regularly do maintenance work, looking for broken links, updating the links, etc., etc. |
