Occasionally, I edit a Picture Package layout and usually want to save it for later use. Unfortunately, I usually can't remember where to save my edits. Searched here and didn't find any entries. Searched the web and finally found just one! It didn't provide a location but mentioned that the "ContactSheetII.plugin" is what provides the functions in CS something. Using that file name ultimately lead me to the location of the group of simple plain text files that contain the definitions, names, and displayed labels for the Picture Package dialog. Hope thi proves helpful for others! Still using PSE v.11, but could not remember (an increasing experience as I age!) where to save my edited Picture Packages. When you edit a predefined Package, you should see a "Save..." button. Unfortunately, Adobe doesn't seem to know where all the other Package files are stored, even though it 'knows' where to get the ones it usually displays. :headbash: So you will get the standard, generic Navigation dialog allowing you to name the ".txt" file just about anywhere you want. That's nice, but not very helpful if you want to use it again, much less find it in the lists in the Picture Package dialog. At least in v.11, Mac OS X (10.11), the path you need is: /Boot HD/Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 11/Support Files/Locales/en_US/Layouts. List probably applies to other countries and PSE versions.
