Craig, thanks for the heads up! I have all these three actions (the older versions). These new versions are quite an improvement (particularly the Fan action).
BTW, I noticed two of the actions are not compatible with Elements 14 -- Fan and Bent Photos. According to Panos, . . .

I downloaded and placed the file into Elements 11. But now I cannot find it.
I think it was the Nik collection when I had the same problem. I was told that it would be in 'Filter'. And it was. Panos isn't in there though.
Help, please.

The Filter menu is for plug-in files (.8bf, .plugin on a Mac). That's why the Nik Collection (plug-ins) got installed in the Plug-Ins folder within Elements to be accessed via this menu.
Actions are .atn files. Adobe made it much easier to use actions in PSE11 and above. There is no longer the need to install them in the photo effects folder within Elements. Now you just load the .atn files to be accessed via either the Actions panel or the Effects panel (Photo Effects tab). I would suggest you use the Actions panel. There have been reports of some actions not working properly when loaded via the Effects panel.
1. Go to Window>Actions.
2. Click on the four-lined square in the upper right corner of the Actions panel and select Load Actions.
3. In the dialog box that opens up navigate to where you saved the action (.atn file) on your computer and click on the Load button. (Or you can just double-click on the .atn file.)
To run a given action, just select it and click on the Play button.

Thank you so very much. It was there I think I should get an Elements 11 book for dummies . . . if there is such a thing. I only got the basic tutoring on Elements 2. And that was years ago.

You are most welcome! Glad to help.
You may want to check this THREAD. Most of the information applies to Elements 11 as well.
If you really want a book, I would highly recommend The Missing Manual for Photoshop Elements 11 by Barbara Brundage. Its slogan says it all -- "The book that should have been in the box".
