Sorry if this has been advised elsewhere (I can't find it). I am trying to upload an avatar. The one I want to use is a jpg, 150x150 pixels, and only 71KB in size, so seems to fit the criteria. But when I select the image to upload it thinks about it for a little while then returns the following error message:
Unable to upload file NewAvatarSmall.jpg.
Error: Invalid request token / possible request forgery (error 1). If you received this message in error, please go back, refresh, and try again.
I have tried logging in and out a couple of times but to no avail. Any thoughts?

Hmm, strange that alexr. Not sure, but have you tried clearing your browser history and then log in and try again?

Thanks for the thought, I have just tried that but no better. For what it is worth I am using Safari on OS X 10.10.3. That said, I have just tried logging on and uploading from my iPad instead , but got the same error. Will try again in a few days to see if it clears.

From there retry uploading your avatar. I sure hope that helps, but please let us know either way, OK? |

I just learned that there is a known problem when using Safari. They are working to resolve it, but in the meantime, perhaps you could use chrome or some other browser to get the avatar loaded... |
