Challenge Requirements are very few. You MUST use this photo provided courtesy of pixabay to create a ' scrap page' and that's it. Easy peasy… the rest is up to you... Let your imagination and creativity loose... Remember you have all the tools of PSE at your disposal including all the Graphics built in under the Graphics Tab. You can of course use any of your own stash for your page remembering to give the credits due … Also in case anybody needs some scrapbooking resources Sepiana has provided links to various places where scrapbooking stuff can be found. See the link below. www.photoshopelementsandmore.com/thread/2089/digital-scrapbooking-kits-papers-embellishments

I'll get the ball rolling with a page I've done but I look forward to seeing what everyone else comes up with... Photo from Pixabay Mask from Diane Rooney’s Textured Photo Edges. Kit Used by Peaches and Cream Designs - ‘Grace’

Thanks BillieJean - what a fun challenge
Once I saw this photo, I knew it would be a great photo for the Book Action by Panos - the rest of the page evolved because I thought she looked like Alice. So I went off to find a quote from the book - then I searched for cat photos. I love Pixabay's variety and the fact that the photos can be used without extra permission. Background is comprised of four layers of the cat photo. I wanted the blue, so I moved each layer to the left until I had a solid background for my book and title. I didn't bother disguising what I did - I left the overlapping edges as is, because it looked OK to me. Haha great page Janice. That photo does indeed lend itself to the Book Action. Reading about the black and white kitten and then looking at your black kittens face is a hoot. It's as if he is saying 'who me' lol.

That was truly the perfect cat photo. That black kitty looks very guilty to me.

Well this was very relaxing, Billie Jean. I don't have any scrapping supplies so used Sepiana's link and found a kit I liked in the first place I clicked. It was called Beauty in Bloom from Scrap Girls Design Shop. I thought I might be able to use this kit sometime when making a book for my granddaughter. So here's my first attempt at scrapping....

First attempt? I don't believe it. Your layout has the classic elegance of a seasoned scrapper. Hope to see you doing more layouts.

Thanks, Janice. I really liked what was included in this kit....and seeing all the creations that people have submitted over the years must have made an impression on my subconscious

Helen I'm glad you found it relaxing. Like Janice I can't believe that this is your first attempt at scrapping. You obviously have a flair for this. Such a pretty page, soft colours and lovely layout. Love the word art too, so appropriate for the picture. Now you have dipped your toe in the water so to speak…hope we will see more of your work.

That is just lovely. She looks like she's sitting at a window looking through a screen. Great artistic technique.
