Years ago I added a auto blend action named Auto Blend.atn.
I don't remember where I got the action from and I don't remember how to use it.
Does anyone know how to use it or know the website it came from or where to download it so that I can read the instructions?
I used it 3 months ago and it did an excellent job of putting someones face on a Donald Trump head shot.
I'm getting old. I can't remember things like I used too.

I believe the action you are talking about was created by TonyW, a longstanding member in the now-closed Elements Village forum (and now a member in this forum). It was called FocusStacking and consisted of two actions -- Auto Align Layers and Auto Blend Stack. I do have these actions but, as far as I know, there is no ReadMe file with the instructions how to run it. I believe your best option is to send TonyW a PM. I am sure he will be able to help you.

For me it works better than Elements Photomerge Faces. Using the action is more work to set up, but still easier to get a good final result. |
