Thanks Sepiana. I'm just a hobbyist and not a pro so not sure what the more possibilities are. I use PS very little vs PSE so I guess I'll try the free before making a purchase decision.

Panos explains in detail the differences between the Photoshop and the Elements version of his actions as well as the differences between the free and the purchased version.
What I mean when I say more possibilities is something like this. Two identical actions for both Elements and Photoshop. However, the Photoshop version lets you add a 3D effect because this program has the capability to create such an effect.
