I use the Organiser to organise my photos and download them direct into it. However, now that I'm on Win 10 they are also visible in the Photos App. I don't want them showing up in the App and didn't, as far as I'm aware, tick anything to say that they should be included in there. Does anyone know how I can prevent this happening.

Open up the Photos App and in the bottom left, look for Settings. You should see a setting for "Sources" - which by default should have your Pictures folder in Windows. You can delete any of the sources and they won't show up in Photos.

I wondered about that Sargenta but chickened out in case it deleted the actual Pictures folder where, of course, all my photos live. I tried pointing it to a folder which has nothing in it but it didn't believe me.

Thank you Moto. I'll do that then - after I've done a full backup of course.
