Note that this only affects Windows version 8.1 and higher, and these programs: (The update addresses the vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player by updating the affected Adobe Flash libraries contained within) Internet Explorer 10, Internet Explorer 11, and Microsoft Edge.

I have Windows 10 and when I checked just now I noticed that the 3163207 update failed to install. I tried clicking on retry several times, but it still won't update. I am not sure what to do now

Thanks Sepiana, it wouldn't install via automatic update, so I had to manually download and install it via the MDC.
