- Title: Security Update for Adobe Flash Player (3157993)

- Reason for Revision: V2.0 (May 13, 2016): Bulletin revised
to announce the release of update 3163207 to address the
vulnerabilities included in Adobe Security Bulletin APSB16-15.
Note that update 3163207 replaces the update previously released
in this bulletin (update 3157993). Microsoft strongly recommends
that customers install update 3163207 to help be protected from the
vulnerabilities described in Adobe Security Bulletin APSB16-15.

Note that this only affects Windows version 8.1 and higher, and these programs: (The update addresses the vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player by updating the affected Adobe Flash libraries contained within) Internet Explorer 10, Internet Explorer 11, and Microsoft Edge.

I tried clicking on retry several times, but it still won't update. I am not sure what to do now

When a Windows Automatic Update fails, Microsoft usually recommends you download the update directly from their Download Center.

Method 2: Microsoft Download Center

You can obtain the stand-alone update package through the Microsoft Download Center. Follow the installation instructions on the download page to install the update.

Click the download link in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS16-064 that corresponds to the version of Windows that you are running.
