Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just post a photo or photos which will be your interpretation of the theme.
The rules are rather simple.
Your photo(s) should be yours, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else.
Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme.
You are allowed to do some photoshopping.
You are to experiment, and, most of all, have fun.
NOTE: A link to a synopsis of the movie whose tittle is being interpreted by your image will be appreciated.

I encountered this little character while wandering around the shops this morning - it brought to mind the movie "Hello Dolly". Hope this fits the bill for this week's theme and gets the ball rolling.  Brenda |

I took this shot yesterday at Tamarama Beach in Sydney. The waves were monstrous after a recent storm in Sydney. I did a google search and found a movie called 'The Wave', a 2015 film from Norway. I thought it was most fitting for this image. i.cubeupload.com/EJTDCa.jpg |

Brenda – Your entry is perfect for this theme! Great association -- doll>Hello Dolly. A very unique interpretation which got translated into a great image.
Sydney - Beautiful image! It indeed fits the Norwegian movie, The Wave. Well done!

Our local camera club did a walk around town this week so got lots of shots that could potentially be fitted to movie titles but this one got the most in one shot. This was once a movie theatre but now is mainly stage productions and the two I caught as the signs went through the years program were " The 39 Steps" and " Beauty and the Beast" both originally movies but both being put on this year as stage shows. Visited the London Transport Museum this morning. This isn't the Wild West and there's not a sign of John Wayne, but I was reminded of the movie "Stagecoach", which I believe became a bit of a Classic of the Cinema.  Brenda |

One more from our camera club walkaround - this one is along the St Clair river and there are many movies that would fit but I'll go with Frozen River even though there was no ice in the river today but it is the border between US and Canada and it does become the St Lawrence by the time it gets to Quebec and it does partially freeze in the winter although you'd not want to try walking across it. As for smuggling it was certainly very active during Prohibition in the US   Tony |

Dennis – What a capture! You couldn’t have found a better subject for your interpretation of The Lawnmower Man. And a crystal clear shot!
Bill – A classic shot to interpret a classic movie, American Graffiti. What a sharp image! Great job!
Brenda – Yes, indeed, Stagecoach is a classic and your image is a perfect interpretation of this movie. I love how clear the details are in your image.
Tony – Very original interpretation of Frozen River. Great capture! I love the leading lines and the bright colors.
