Then, later on I saw this bell tower and I thought it would make a nice interpretation of For Whom the Bell Tolls, a movie based on the novel of the same title by Ernest Hemingway, one of my favorite American writers.

I know I"m late with this, but I was away for 5 days and didn't back to my editing computer until late last night. This is a panorama stitched from 6 images, and the reference is the South Park Movie. This is the real South Park in central Colorado, a grassy plain surrounded by mountains. I took a drive on the Lost Park Road in the Pike National Forest and came across this spot at a bit above 10,000 feet elevation. This is looking west out over South Park.

WOW! This is a perfect example of "Better late than never". What a beautiful image and great interpretation of this theme!
BTW, thanks for the memories! I have done some hiking/backpacking in that area, one of the hidden jewels of Colorado.
