Hi
Last evening I uninstalled both Topaz Impression and Topaz Textures because I wanted to re-install to my secondary drive (C drive, being SSD, is getting short on space) However, this evening, I've noticed the installation appears to have been incomplete, leaving various files on C drive.
Has anyone any suggestions how to complete the uninstallation of these so that I can go ahead and re-install these, please?
Many thanks

Julie,
If you know your way around the Registry, you can manually remove these residual files. If you don't feel comfortable doing so, you can use a third-party utility. Once I had a similar problem with one of the Topaz plug-ins. I contacted Topaz Labs and they suggested Revo Uninstaller. (I just have the free version.)
If this doesn't do the job, I would recommend you contact Topaz Labs. They are better qualified to handle this situation.

Thanks, Sepiana I've downloaded and installed Revo Uninstaller but none of the Topaz files/folders show so I'm stumped. As you guessed, I'm not so keen on messing around in the Registry - I could cause a lot of damage, I'm sure I think I'll contact 'support topazlabs' as you have suggested and, hopefully, they'll be able to help I'll let you know how I get on Thanks

Julie, that's a smart move. Delete the wrong Registry file and it could create havoc on your OS.

Just a further question, while I'm waiting on hearing from Topaz Support, if I may ... Are the Topaz programs that I've bought (all two of them ) able to be installed on two devices, ie in the same way as Photoshop Elements can be? Just thinking that I would also like these two on my laptop which would also mean I could continue using them while they're not functional on my PC. What is the status re Topaz, or your opinions / experience etc, please? Many thanks Julie

I have the Topaz plug-ins (15 of them) installed on both my desktop and my laptop.

At least I can continue using Topaz plug-ins once they're installed there. Great stuff Many thanks, again Julie
