Really nice picks for this week blackmutt ; thanks for being the judge! Congratulations to everyone, but especially PeteB , that really is an especially nice image! I would be curious to know some of the processing went into it; how is the star-burst on the lights done?

Thank you for including my image ... and congratulations to the others.
Tom I had read that it was going to be a moonlit night and for me, this would be an opportunity to try my new lens (Tokina 11-20mm). I’ve shot this bridge before during the “blue hour” but this night was special because of the moon. Regarding the lights, the smaller you make your aperture, the more of a “starburst” you will see. This was shot at f/11 for 6 seconds. As far as processing, I used the Nik tonal contrast filter; Neat image for noise in the sky and some burning of the clouds around the moon. The image was cropped for composition. This was edited in ACR and PSE 12. One last note, after I processed and cropped the image, I discovered that a fisherman was present and captured … bottom right. HaHa.
