Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just post a photo or photos which will be your interpretation of the theme.
The rules are rather simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping. You are to experiment and, most of all, have fun.

J,
I am not going to delete this photo. It is beautiful! You put a lot of work on it. However, I am going to add some clarification about the "spirit" of this challenge for the benefit of new participants.
Our Weekly Photo challenge is unique (compared to the many photo challenges out there) because it requires submitting a photo which is taken during the week in which the challenge is posted. Other photo challenges have no such requirement. One can grab a photo from his computer, his online gallery, etc. It doesn't matter when the photo was taken.
Why this requirement? Because our WP challenge was designed with a three-pronged goal: 1) get you better acquainted with your camera(s); 2) take your photography skills to the next level; and 3) provide you with many moments of fun.
For further information on this challenge, see this sticky thread -- What is the Weekly Photo Challenge?

Frank,
Beautiful HDR image -- bright, colorful, sharp! I love how you composed your shot. Our eyes just follow the patriotic colors toward the church. Great job!

I took this photo at Heathrow Airport this morning, while awaiting our flight to Seattle. It shows the patriotic colours which represent British Airways. Dennis

Dennis,
Great finding to fulfill the Patriotic Colors theme. I really like your composition -- two planes with the British Airways colors, facing in different directions, one close and the other far way. Another job well done!
Have a wonderful time in Seattle! Enjoy every second of your stay there!

Bill,
Great interpretations of Patriotic Colors!
What a capture of Americana! Chevy + Red, White, and Blue! This is as American as apple pie.
Old Glory in its splendor! Simply beautiful! I love the angle (perspective?) you used to take this shot.
