Guided edit....Out of Bounds effect

Hi......I have Elements 9 and 14, and have been using the Out of Bounds guided edit for a few days, experimenting.   BUT is it possible to warp the new frames so its buckled or warped?   Or is that restricted to full Photoshop?
Also, when using the quick selection tool to select the out of bounds bits, when you enlarge the photo to see it closer, how do you go back to the quick selection tool from the zoom tool?  I have had a few instances where I zoomed in to see the finer points of selection, then couldn't work out how to go back to the selection tool!  frustrating........
