In my Control Panel > Programs list there is "Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser Version 2.61"
I Googled this and, as best I can gather, there is supposed to be some way of accessing tutorials and tips and such by clicking something in either the browser or the editor.
I opened my editor, loaded an image, and turned on various tools, trying to see if I could bring up something to click on that would activate this inspiration browser; I did not see anything.
I looked in the "Help" menu and did not find it in there either.
Is this something that no longer exists or am I just mis-understanding what it does ?
Thanks for reading.

Photoshop Inspiration Browser was a dedicated mini-program which would allow you to view tutorials. That's how it worked.
At the bottom of both the Editor and the Organizer window you would see little text alerts zipping in and out. When you clicked on one of these alerts, a window would pop up suggesting a tutorial for what the text alert mentioned. At some point in time you may have clicked on the "Learn how" button and accepted Adobe's offer to install this program. This would require a Photoshop.com account (available only to U.S. Residents). Once you opened such an account, you would be able to directly access lots of tutorials written for Elements.
Starting with Elements 11, Adobe discontinued this Photoshop.com account/service. I believe this explains why the Photoshop Inspiration Browser is no longer available.

Thanks for solving that mystery. If it is now a defunct service, then it is no longer necessary to be installed in my programs list and I would lose nothing by uninstalling it, right ? On a similar note, I guess it would be correct to assume that the "where you can create your own website" and "amaze all of your friends and relatives with unique slideshows and albums where they can download or print" is a ghost of a once better past as well, right ? Thanks.

BuckSkin, you are most welcome!
I am not sure about uninstalling Photoshop Inspiration Browser. This mini-program was connected to another program -- Adobe AIR. Adobe AIR allows other programs to display content which is stored online without you needing to use a Web browser. I am not sure Adobe AIR is still being used where Elements is concerned. Therefore, I strongly suggest you get the answer straight from the horse's mouth -- Adobe. You can post your question in either one of these forums.

Yes, that's correct.
