You access the layer blending modes via the Layers panel. The default is the Normal blending mode. Use the drop-down menu to change to whichever mode you want.

Here's another one I did, using a photo I took at the Antiques Archeology store in Nashville. It had more colors than the other one I did.

Lillias - I love the scene, the colours work really well with this effect
Moto - Well, this goes to show that the effect works also well on photos I had not thought capable of being used!
