I currently have PSE 12, 13, & 14 installed. I also have accumulated a large number of layer styles. Some of the styles have been loaded into one of the the earlier PSE versions. Now when I try to load one of the previously loaded styles into 14, the manager won't allow me to.
1. What am I overlooking? 2. Is it possible to load multiple styles together or does each set have to be loaded separately?
Thanks for any help that you can give.

indydan, welcome to PSE&M!
There should be no problem. I have the same sets of layer styles loaded in Elements 11, 12, 13, and 14.
Each .asl file (usually a set of layer styles) needs to be loaded individually.
Would you please give us some more details? It will help with the troubleshooting.

Sepena, Thanks for responding.
Earlier today I was messing around on another project, and I may have solved my problem. I was trying to load the styles using the Preset Manager. When I use the button next to the Styles button (in the upper right-hand corner) I seem have no problem.

indydan,
Thanks for posting back! Glad to hear the problem is solved.
I was wondering what your reference to "manager" in your OP was all about. That's why I asked for more details. As you figured out, you don't use the Preset Manager to load layer styles. You use the fly-out menu (Effects>Styles>Load Styles).
