Looks like it is mostly bug fixes and new camera and lens support. It also appears to address some Mac-specific issues.

It looks like there is a problem with the Adobe servers. Some Lightroom users (U.S-based) are receiving a message that the download is corrupted and to try later.

I didn't have this problem (Lightroom CC). The update went smoothly.
