- Applied the Trace Contour filter (Filter>Stylize> . . .), Overlay blending mode, reduced Opacity.
- Ran the file through Topaz B&W Effects.

Various On1 filters applied then Comic Filter applied and changed the lighting on each figure individually.  |

Fotofrank - yours is very moody, almost dreamy...
Andy - Really interesting effect... and kinda spooky...
