Starting today Oct. 27, 2016 Elements 15 is $39.99.

Costco.com: available until Nov.27 or until supplies run out. Must be a Costco member. Shipment will arrive in 2 to 7 business days. Some stores have it in stock.

Amazon.com: available until = unknown. Ships in 2 to 4 weeks. Note: the download version is currently $~~79.99~~. [Edit - download price is now $39.99]

There was some speculation that v14 was going to be the last version you could own (maybe continuing on a subscription model like PS is now), so I definitely am going to get v15 while the price is right.
