For me, Digital Scrapbooking is about telling a story We were in Georgia looking at retirement communities when we happened on a unique subdivision. We were lucky to get there just as one of the planes was taking off. I knew these kinds of communities existed, but it was cool to see it in action.

Same trip - we happened upon Superman's hometown - just had to stop and grab some photos for a scrapbook page. I am a 'tilter' - most of my pages have photos set at an angle. I have no idea why that appeals to me.

I got some of my best photos on that road trip. I find that I 'think in scrapbooking' - I see a situation, and I immediately plan how the photos would go on a layout. And don't worry, I'm not going to post the rest from that trip.

I like the retirement community. But, I am of that age. All done well. The third page with churches is very appealing. I like the colors and the simplicity.
((I posted before the churches were posted.))

Thanks Lucian - these are some of my favorite layouts. It was all clicking when I was doing them. That's not always the case. I did not end up in that cool subdivision, though. I live a cliche - Florida in a Del Webb.
