There are two not well know additions to the editor in Elements 15.
1) The Content Aware Move Tool now adds rotation and resizing. It automatically displays the Move Tool before rendering. Can be used to straighten vertical objects.

2) A new cropping tool. Perspective Crop. Used to straighten vertical objects.
