Got it. Just to be clear, for Windows 7, you go into the control panel and click Default Programs, yes? From there you can set up individual filetype associations by clicking Associate a file type or protocol with a program. There is also the Set your default programs choice; it will associate every file type understood by PSE15 with PSE15. Which method did you use? Neither. I right-clicked Open With and went from there.
