Here we are at the winter solstice, the longest day of the year. It the longest night, and also the turning to light. It is truly the reason for the season! Rita, that is such a great interpretation of the image; the opportunity to play with the many filters has paid pleasing dividends. It is so nice I think it belongs in your gallery! It is so uniquely yours, why not?!
Pete, your OOB idea works so very well, it is perfectly in character with the original!

Didn't get to play this week. Loved seeing the variety of ways people's creativity kicked in for this one. I especially enjoyed seeing how Lillias used her scrapping expertise to enhance this scene. |
