This question might have been asked before but I couldn't find any results, so checking here: what would you recommend for a new computer setup for Windows? Besides PSE 11, I plan on also using a graphic design software like Affinity Designer (or maybe some of Adobe's CC products later on).

I would suggest you first check the minimum system requirements for the programs you plan to install on your new computer and, then, get a computer which will meet those requirements.

I like that it is a Core i7 and has a discrete graphics card - both will serve you well with digital photography.
