I started doing theme-based "shot-a-day" challenges in 2008, and with a couple exceptions of ending the quest a bit early, have been doing them since. This year started with a theme-list I came up with, but after a couple months I decided to toss the list and just shoot whatever struck my fancy that day. If anyone is interested, here's the link: www.regularmanphotography.com/Photography/366-in-2016/I'm planning to continue along that way in 2017 as I find it a very valuable exercise in "seeing photos" wherever I go, and shooting things that in all likelihood I'd otherwise pass by. Feel free to follow along if you wish. There are no expectations of comments ... just photos I enjoy. Wow Bill, your feat is absolutely amazing! I have just had a perual of your gallery and it is superb! I will go through more of it later today. Congrats on a wonderful accomplishment - it is very inspiring to me. Best wishes for keeping up the fabulous work in 2017  |

Auggie (Harvey Keitel) takes a photo every day of his little corner of the world; he eventually shares them with Paul (William Hurt). Now I'm thinking I need to go watch it again, just to be with them one more time! |
